Broken elbow.

The entire drive home Scott was stretching out and bending his arm saying "It doesn't really hurt. It just kind of feels like when you first wake up and stretch out and it hurts a little." Well, all that movement probably wasn't the best idea as he spent the next several hours in the hospital getting x-rays.
